  Last year, company employee Wang Changqing was diagnosed with lung cancer. After learning about this situation, branch secretary Xiong Xiaming instructed the company's labor union to refer to the union's work requirements of "four free and one service", and to reflect the situation step by step to win the care of social organizations. After learning about Wang Changqing's situation, the Economic Development Zone Trade Union immediately reported to the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and determined that Wang Changqing met the criteria for "major illness assistance for disadvantaged workers".

  On June 19th, Wu Mingqiang, the chairman of the company's trade union and a Communist Party member, received a notice from the Economic Development Zone trade union, requesting the office to fully cooperate with all levels of trade union organizations to complete Wang Changqing's rescue application as required. On June 22nd, after receiving the materials submitted by the company's labor union, the Economic Development Zone labor union immediately summarized and reported Wang Changqing's application for major illness assistance. On July 4th, Wang Xiufang, the head of the Economic Development Zone Trade Union, together with comrades from the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, visited Wang Changqing's home for on-site visits and verified his family's income and expenditure situation. On July 17th, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions uploaded Wang Changqing's rescue materials to the rescue comparison system for filing. On July 21st, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions verified the situation of the rescued objects with the company again. On July 25th, the Xuancheng City Federation of Trade Unions approved a major illness relief fund of 11800 yuan for Wang Changqing.

  Since the beginning of this year, party members of Southern Wear resistant Company have quantified their annual service commitments in accordance with party building requirements, and have obtained free screening for "women's two cancers" for female employees Liang Xiaoyu and Mei Niqin.
